Passion & Idealism
The word that kept appearing throughtout the entire 10th anniv book.. The same thing that kept Pastors going for the past 10 years. The same thing that captivated many of us.
Passion for God & Passion for People.
Eternally grateful to be in HOGC.. To be able to be part of this church! Not just a member, but a builder. A stone-carrier. To be able to serve God, the man & woman of God.. The leaders.. The people.. Truly I would say this must be the best life ever.
As Pastor How & Frazer was sharing on stage today, one word came to my mind - Idealism.
People outside would say we are crazy, attempting to achieve something that seemed so unreachble & impossible.. But yet, “seemed” is the crucial word. I would just say we are simply being idealistic, believing in dreams, & dreams coming to past.
Without Pastors’ idealism, HOGC would not be founded.. It would be chucked aside in the corner of their minds, with impossiblities labelled all over it.
I thank God for my Pastors, idealistic & passionate. Their romance, spice & oil…
The future is gonna be amazing.
Living in the “now” is amazing.
